State of Michigan Notary Fees
Acknowledgments/Affidavits/Certificates (Copy Certifications)/Depositions/Oaths/Protests/Verifications
$10 per signature
Travel fees are round-trip, based from point of origin to signing location and back. Flat rate fees are a minimum $50* charge.
Mobile fees are collected in advance and are due even if signing does not take place when the Notary arrives, or if canceled less than 3 hours before a scheduled appointment.
Additional fees:
"Wait Time Fee" - After 20 minutes, $20.00 ($15.00 for every additional 15 minutes)
"After Hours Fee" (5 pm to 7 pm) - additional $35.00
"Short notice/last minute Fee" will depend on the time and day of appointment and availability.
*This does not include real estate/loan settlements/deed packages/mortgage refinancing, or other specialized cases - plus costs listed in the fee schedule.
This is a mobile business. *A $10 - $25 convenience fee may apply to walk-in customers.

Collection Fees
P & S Consulting LLC reserves the right to charge a percentage of the outstanding balance for accounts that have been submitted for collection services that are canceled after the third day of acknowledging the request for services (verbal/written). Although this is rare, if I feel the account has been canceled without valid reasons, these charges may apply:
30 days to 90 days 20%
91 days to 365 days 25%
1 year and over 33%
Second Placements 50%
Accounts Under $500 50%
Finders Fee 10%
Cancellation Fee 10%
