TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT

Please read the following terms of service agreement carefully. By accessing or using services provided by P&S Consulting LLC DBA P&S Mobile Notary LLC, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and all terms incorporated herein by reference. It is the responsibility of you, the customer or prospective customer, to read the terms and conditions before proceeding to use this site. If you do not expressly agree to all of the terms and conditions, then please do not access or use our sites or our services.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

The following Terms of Service Agreement (the “TOS”) is a legally binding agreement that shall govern the relationship with P&S Consulting LLC and others that may interact or interface with P & S Consulting LLC, 4101 Nyman, Wayne, MI 48141, which shall be defined below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All fees payable to P & S Consulting LLC are upon acceptance and/or scheduling of any/all services, whether online or by phone. If you place a phone appointment, e-mail, or book online with P&S Consulting LLC and request to cancel an appointment for any reason after payment is remitted there will be no refunds. If our Notary is in transit or arrives at the signing location and signing does not occur for any reason whatsoever there will be no refunds issued back to the cardholder. $50.00 Mobile Service Fee is due & payable under all circumstances, if cancellation occurs less than 12 hours before scheduled appointment. A credit card must be provided in advance for weekend appointments - 24-hour cancellation required, or service fee will apply and charged.

FEES

Fees are set considering time spent traveling to and from the location of the appointment, estimated the length of the appointment plus the regular fee charge in the state of Pennsylvania and Michigan.

Fees for Loan Document Signing Services:

If a client does not show or refuses to sign documents, payment is still due and payable. This fee will be equal to a minimum of 1/2 of the fee and/or negotiated rate, OR printing charges and travel fee of $50, as well as a fee for wait time, whichever is greater. NOTE: The Notary Signing Agent's fee is due in full for a completed signing.
In the event a contracting company provides incorrect contact information for the client/signer and is unable to provide the correct contact information after three (3) days from the contracted date, the contracting company is responsible to pay P&S Consulting LLC for administrative costs (phone/email/text contacts, printing, updates, etc.). This fee will be equal to a minimum of 1/2 of the fee and/or negotiated rate, or no less than $50. NOTE: The Notary Signing Agent's fee is due in full for a completed signing.
Payment is expected within 30 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late fees will be assessed at $10 per day beginning on the 6th day of nonpayment of the initial due date.
If re-signing is necessary due to Notary error or omission, there is no charge.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES OFFERED

The Services offered consist of arranging for in-person and/or mobile services wherein a notary will be provided to the customer’s location through online booking, e-mail, or by phone.

The services offered consist of arranging for in-person and mobile notary and/or various services at a fee which you, the purchaser(s), cardholder, and/or agents select as an initial quote and you agree to contract and authorize the services of P & S Consulting LLC to immediately acquire and contract the services of an independent notary contractor to deliver services as agreed. Services are deemed rendered before and without the participation or completion of the services of the independent notary public contractor. This TOS constitutes the entire agreement between you and P & S Consulting LLC and shall govern the use of our Services. You agree to hold P & S Consulting LLC, their employees, and contractors harmless. By proceeding with scheduling/contracting services, you confirm you have read and expressly agreed to the fees and terms of our services.

Any and all visitors to www.p8sconsulting.com shall be deemed as “users” of the herein-contained Services provided for the purpose of this TOS. The user acknowledges and agrees that the Services provided and made available through our website and applications, which may include some mobile applications and that those applications may be made available on various social media networking sites and numerous other platforms and downloadable programs, are the sole property of P & S Consulting LLC. At its discretion, P & S Consulting LLC may offer additional Services and/or products, or update, modify, or revise any current content and Services, and this Agreement shall apply to any and all additional Services and/or products and any and all updated, modified, or revised Services unless otherwise stipulated. P & S Consulting LLC does hereby reserve the right to cancel and cease offering any of the aforementioned Services and/or products. You, as the end user, acknowledge, accept, and agree that P & S Consulting LLC shall not be held liable for any such updates, modifications, revisions, suspensions, or discontinuance of any of our Services and/or products. Your continued use of the Services provided, after such posting of any updates, changes, and/or modifications shall constitute your acceptance of such updates, changes, and/or modifications, and as such, frequent review of this Agreement and any and all applicable terms and policies should be made by you to ensure you are aware of all terms and policies currently in effect. Should you not agree to the updated, revised, or modified terms, you must stop using the provided Services forthwith. The services offered consist of arranging for in-person and mobile notary and/or various ancillary services at a fee which you, the purchaser(s), cardholder, and/or agents select as an initial quote and if you select to proceed to process the payment as your final invoice online or by phone, you agree to contract and authorize the services of P & S Consulting LLC to immediately acquire and contract the services of an independent notary contractor to deliver services as agreed. Services are deemed rendered before and without the participation or completion of the services of the independent notary public contractor.

All of the client information provided to P & S Consulting LLC will be treated with full privacy and confidentiality. All stored information will only be disclosed according to the signed agreement between the company and the client and in compliance with government-set privacy regulations. With the client’s consent, the entities which we can share our stored information with include business partners, third-party business lines, and applicable bodies to the court, central government units, and other bodies allowed by law. We do not sell or trade our client’s personal data to any third party.
